80 Grosvenor St is a mixed-use development in Mayfair on one of the most prominent streets in London, less than 10 meters off New Bond Street. The project consists of a retail shop and five stories of office space at approximately 300 square meters each. The development is expected to complete in Q2 2021. Designed by ORMS, it will feature state of the art offices behind a retained Georgian facade and feature contemporary luxury finishes throughout.
